The San Bernardino County Superior Court will host its Annual Civil Settlement Conference Week starting on
Monday, October 19 and continuing through Friday, October 23, 2026 - from 8:30a to 4:00p.
Civil Settlement Conference Week seeks to assist litigants in resolving civil cases without going to trial. In partnership with volunteer attorneys from throughout the county, the Court will schedule settlement conferences during this week-long event. Settlement conferences are an excellent alternative to trial that allows all parties to reach a mutually beneficial resolution.
